Due to a newly installed A/C unit, the vents had weird red dust on them. We let Adam know and he sent someone over right away to clean/replace them. He also provided an air purifier, since my kid has allergies. 
The washing machine broke and they sent someone to fix it.
Due to a roof leak caused by the heavy rain storms, we had to leave early, but Adam provided a refund for the days we had to miss for the repairs and gave us a flexible check out time.
The house is a quick drive to the Tanasbourne stores and the house has a good size pantry, so you can easily cook or go out. The yard is big enough to run around and play with the kids. The house is well built and the furniture is mid, which is great for an Airbnb with kids. I would recommend for anyone with or without kids!" (10/5)
